Scrappy Tripalong

It always amazes me the chaos that happens when I am being creative.  I decided to jump on the scrappy tripalong bandwagon and am using up many of those orphan scraps that hang around every quilter's workspace.  Some of them are still beautiful, but others are truly ugly and I wonder why I bought them.  (Knowing me, they were on sale!).  But in the spirit of waste not, want not, I will use lots of them up and get rid of some of my fabric stash.  

It's very repetitive, but satisfying.  My plan is to make a quilt big enough for a queen sized bed, but who knows.  I like to do all my own quilting so it might be too big to wrestle through my home machine, but it's worth a try.
